In the framework of the project “Supporting the strategic management and EU integration capacity development of the Serbian Ministry of Interior” three modules for two groups of the course  ,,Human resource Management Performance Management” were held in Belgrade during January and February 2020.

 
The topics that have been covered from theoretical and practical aspects during the workshop were:

Workshop Trainers
 
Stefan Friedrichs has an in-depth understanding of the public sector and has been engaged in many projects on change management and HR reform of public institutions for more than 12 years. He has led several projects in EU accession countries (i.e Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania) contributing to the development of Ministries of Interior. He has gathered experiences in Serbia with several state organisations, consulted the GIZ Open Regional Funds (located in BiH) and is a well-known trainer in the framework of RESPA activities.
Stefan Friedrichs has a profound knowledge and skill set in public sector transformation. Furthermore he has a comprehensive knowledge of HR Management and development and specific methods such as training needs analysis, performance evaluation, training of trainers and leadership development. Additionally he is an excellent moderator and facilitator, especially with a track record and skill set in conflict management. Stefan Friedrichs is qualified in network and policy analysis as well as in strategic communication. He holds a Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration, a postgraduate Diploma in Systems Thinking in Practice and is a certified coach.
 
Vladimir Vlajkovic is a credible HR and Public sector Reform expert with extensive experience of working in a variety learning environments and sectors. With a proven strategic background. Vladimir is ideally placed to understand the pressures on businesses to effectively develop and engage its people to achieve improved performance. Being active in researching, designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions he retains a hands-on understanding of real-life HR issues. Vladimir is a proven expert with a strong belief in the business benefits of a diverse workforce. He has excellent interpersonal skills and classroom management ability to engage and retain learners and staff.
Vladimir has been engaged in number of projects to work on functional reviews, process mapping and business process analysis, Human Resource Development including job analysis, job description and job evaluation, job classification, recruitment and selection and in projects about payment systems. He holds a university degree in Engineer of organizational sciences.
